STARA 🌙Stara is a project that focuses on women's wellness through holistic therapies, women's circles, rituals and much more. We believe that by being united in spaces like these where we can share our passions and learn from others, we will grow in our spiritual path, changing the course of our lives and the women around us, for a healthy mental and physical future. 🌙In order to shift global perspectives and interactions from a masculine competition based system to an egalitarian, communal, and nurturing system, we need divine feminine energy in our leadership roles. As always we should clarify that both men and women all embody some combination of masculine and feminine energy traits, and the energies are not exclusive to genders. But under a patriarchal society we tend to value masculine energies/ values and ways of leading more than feminine. If we truly hope to make a lasting impact on making the world around us better, we must begin by bettering ourselves, and for women this can be facilitated by regularly communing with like minded women to help heal our wounds, build each other up, and collaborate on bettering our communities. Women’s circles offer empowering connection, community, and a refuge of trust and love. A women’s circle is a safe and sacred space for women to come together, use their voices, be heard and be seen. Women throughout history have gathered in circles to empower each other and share wisdom. These affirming community gatherings help women get in touch with their feminine strength and turn up their positive vibration✨ Our themes go from self-love, feminine energy, holistic therapies, DYI, Tarot, energy, Women's health and so much more..
